Company Directors have been involved in the diamond and precious metals trade for over 20 years, providing our clients with trade expertise second to none.

The World Federation of Diamond Bourses (WFDB) prescribes rules of conduct internationally for members of affiliated bourses, provides a legal framework and convenes to enact regulations for its members. Members of the bourses affiliated to the WFDB are subject to the stringent set of trading practices that govern acceptance and continued membership. These rules include sourcing diamonds from trusted and reputable industry members, those who subscribe to industry-wide standards of disclosure regarding products and who subscribe to a System of Warranties that all diamonds are conflict-free, amongst a host of other undertakings.

The Diamond Dealers Club of Australia (DDCA) employs very strict guidelines in screening applicants for membership, ensuring that they are knowledgeable, ethical, financially secure and fully insured. Only the leading diamond merchants, dealers and retailers are accepted for membership.

The DDCA imposes a strict code of conduct. In addition it provides efficient access to accurate information on the trustworthiness of members and non-members.

The DDCA monitors member’s conduct and provides arbitration and disciplinary proceedings, which may be brought against members for breach of conduct or ethics, thus safeguarding the honour and the integrity of the industry.

Dealing with a member of the DDCA gives assurance of Reliability, Ethical and Honest Conduct, Accountability in case of Grievances, Expertise and Prestige of Members, due to strict controls and criteria.
